The fact that Anthony Hill was shot during what appeared to be a psychotic or manic episode or some other breakdown as a result of his bipolar needs to bring to light the amount of people with mental illness who are killed or injured by police because of improper training. Black lives matter as well as those of people with mental illness. When the two cross and are met with an ignorant and/or inadequately trained police officer, bad things happen.
